July Favourites 2016!

Hello everyone,

You may or may not know that I’m going on holiday this Monday, so I have been doing quite a lot of posts this week to make up for lost time while I’m away! I am going to do a post related to my holidays soon so keep your eyes peeled for that! I was going to schedule this post for when I come back but I really wanted to get it up for you and it would probably be a little late by then to do this post!

As it’s the end of another month (which is absolutely crazy!) I’m back again with another favourites post where I share with you the things that I have been loving throughout this month! I hope you enjoy lovelies…

In July I made a lot of new discoveries and have probably spent a bit too much money at the same time!! Regardless, I found quite a few things in July that I absolutely love so here are some of my favs!

  1. Zoella Life Is Sweet Beauty Bag-£6.00

My first favourite has been this Zoellabeauty ‘life is sweet’ makeup bag. Although this is called a ‘makeup’ bag, I actually use it as a purse as I find I can’t actually fit that many makeup products inside. That’s ok though because I think using it as a purse is still fine! I hate having purses where your coins get lost in the compartments and everything is a mess when you are at the till so with everything just being in one space as this bag doesn’t have any compartments, it makes life a lot easier! If ever I was a beauty bag/purse I would be this one because it is so me with the pastel colours, copper zip and the detailing around the edge. I also love anything with a good quote on! I picked this up from Zoella’s new ‘Sweet Inspirations’ range so I will leave the link to her range below so you can have a browse at the other products in this range. I’m in love!

2. Rimmel Lasting Finish Kate Moss Lipstick 15 Year ‘Boho Nude’-£6.49

My next favourite is this gorgeous Rimmel Kate Moss Lipstick in the shade ‘Boho Nude.’ These lipsticks have just recently been added to the Kate Moss lipstick range to commemorate 15 years. As some of you may know, I have a slight obsession with Rimmel Kate Moss lipsticks so of course when I saw these in rose gold packaging I couldn’t leave the store without it! Out of all the shades, I chose this nude shade and I have been wearing it every day since! I think a re-purchase will be happening soon!

IMG_5241IMG_52553. Maybelline Master Brow Pro Palette Kit ‘Soft Brown’ -£6.99

Another beauty favourite has been my Maybelline Master Brow Pro Palette Kit. This little palette has pride of place in my makeup draw and has made doing my brows so much easier. After using my MUA one for a while I thought it was due to purchase a new one and I’m so glad I did because it is so much better! It is my brows new best friend, it has everything you need to achieve a perfect and natural brow. Would definitely recommend!! (See my brow routine using this palette here)

4. TheBodyShop Vitamin E Face Mist-£9.50

I didn’t used to bother with setting spray after my makeup but especially this month as the weather has been getting increasingly warmer, I have been using this Body Shop Vitamin E face mist. Not only does this spray set your makeup, it is also very good for your skin giving it a ‘moisture boost’ and leaving it feeling lovely and refreshed! This face mist is for all skin types too. The scent is also lovely and floral. It’s a win win situation! This has to be one of my favourite products of this month!

IMG_5265.jpg5. Tanya Burr Soft Luxe ‘Birthday Suit’ Eyeshadow Palette-£6.00

As you may have seen in previous posts, I have been wearing this Tanya Burr Soft Luxe eyeshadow palette in the shade ‘Birthday Suit’ a LOT this month. If you are not aware, the lovely Tanya Burr launched her new products to her cosmetics range a few weeks ago and I instantly fell in love with them. This palette that she brought out comes with four gorgeous very wearable shades so you can create one easy look in one palette! The shades are also very pigmented for being drugstore which I was impressed with and the packaging is just too cute for words! If you would like to see my full review click here. I will also link Tanya’s range below if you like the look of this palette!

That brings me to the end on my July Favourites! Thankyou so much for reading as always and I hope you enjoyed this post! Comment what you have been loving this month?? and I’ll see you in my next post,

Amelia xx

I’ve not seen the ’15 year’ Kate lip stick’s yet but the shade you chose is just my bag. I will have to keep my eye out for these. I’m traveling in a couple weeks as well and have been looking for a good mist in a plane friendly size. Flying causes my skin to dry out instantly. I like the body shop vitamin e line; so I’ll have to pick this one up! Great post. beautiful photos. xx
